Boris made a great sucess as main chef at Raw Life Festival 2011, and he will return 2012 to provide us with lovely gourmet raw food.
Boris developed his passion for good food in Rome, Italy, where he livedfor several years. 2008 he traveled to the Tree of Life in Arizona for training to become a "SpiritualLive Food Instructor", and then founded the company "b.alive! - The art ofgourmet raw cuisine "(www.balive.org).
Boris offers Raw Food-catering, courses, lectures, coaching and running a private dinner club. He has organized several international raw foodretreats and fine dining, and been involved in yoga teacher training"Radiantly Alive" in Bali for three years – where he also created an apprenticeship system for prospective Raw Food chefs. He has worked with chefs like Simone Powers (Cafe Gratitude), Matt Samuelson (Living Light) and Frank Giglio. Since January 2012, Boris started his own yearly b.alive! raw food retreat in the North of Bali. He has recently attended the famous Matthew Kenney Academy, and also just received the Raw Power Award 2012 for his innovative cuisine and worldwide engagement in bringing his raw cuisine and life style to the people. Moreover, he is head chef for the Raw Life Festival, Europe’s biggest raw food event in Sweden. Boris lives in Berlin.
