Jennifer is a newcomer at Ängsbacka and we are exited to know a bit about her experiences at the NO MIND festival. She got the idea to come from a friend who has been her and told about it on Facebook. Last summer she had a difficult period in her life and considered the idea of coming to a festival, and now she is happy to actually be here.
She also had some help from a coach who is familiar with Ängsbacka. She would like to get to herself better and hopes to learn a bit more this week. She is aware of the kind of pressure she puts on herself, and likes to care of herself better – learn that she does not have to perform that much to be good enough in her own eyes. She likes to drop the coercion to try controlling everything.
We are happy to follow her notes during this week!
First impression from arriving
“My name is Jennifer and I work at an advertising agency in Stockholm and this is my first day at Ängsbacka, at NO Mind. In the afternoon, I stand with my newfound friends in the registration queue . One of them, is here for the first time, like me. We say almost nothing. We just take a look at everything and everyone …
It feels like the first day of school – the butterflies in my stomach. This could be so cool …”
