After last year’s successful debut is the Tantra festival back at Ängsbacka. This year’s theme is transformation – tantra is like to grow out the everyday clothing, and explode in the magnificence of your own passionate style.
At Ängsbacka tantra festival we want to create a safe place for those who want to explore Tantra and authenticity through sexuality, honesty and playfulness. This is a festival for those who want to experience presence, meditation and ecstasy with others. We want to meet you as you are.
Tantra is an exploration that leads to freedom and enlightenment, there are thousands of techniques and methods to step out of your old patterns and discover the thaughts and behaviors that prevent you from seeing the truth. Your true self – is your enlightened self – and in the enlightened state, there is no separation between you and “others”.
Tantra is a way to authentically present, to a life without anxiety, jealousy and judgmental.
During summer tantra festival, you will be able to meet teachers have different inputs into tantra. In order to create a safe space, even for those who are new to tantra, we arrange workshops about sexuality, relationships and boundaries. Then we challenge our limits and explore the ecstatic meeting of the enlightened being through various workshops as well as trough dance, music and games.
When life energy is released trough tantric meditations, it increases your creativity and your creative power. Therefore, we will also offer workshops on creativity and creation.
The food at the festival is cooked with love and passion to be enjoyed by all the senses. We have a tantric spa with sauna, hot tub and space to enjoy themselves and each other.
We build up energy during the festival and then explode into ecstatic pleasure during Saturday evening. Then you are invited to a party without equal. There you can live out your dreams and fantasies, dress up sexy, sensual or imaginative. The food is a treat for all the senses and you are invited to a variety of surprises. The whole evening is an expression of the creativity that occurs when the male and female energy meet.
On Ängsbacka tantra festival there is room for both fun and seriousness, magical encounters, tough challenges and unconditional love.
At Ängsbacka Tantra festival we expect that you are honest and that you take responsibility for your own feelings and your actions. You are expected to be dressed in the garden and the woods around it, and that you keep your sexual relationships in your own private room or in your own tent.
We expect that you are open and accepting towards the other participants at the festival.
Purity, truthfulness and openness with your emotions in the powerful process that we will go through is expected of you and you will also receive approval of Conduct on Ängsbacka Tantrafestivalen when you sign up to the festival.
Come by yourself or with a partner, who used practitioner of tantra or curious. We welcome all sexual preferences – Hetro, gay, bisexual or transgender. Sexual or asexual. The age limit of the festival is 18 years old and no children are allowed at Ängsbacka during this festival. This is because of the sexual energy that builds up at the festival. Come with the whole family during the No Mind festival or Yoga festival.
All teachers come to the festival to support you to grow into deeper contact with yourself, to experience the energy and unconditional love. Be prepared for changes in the program may occur. Ängsbacka can not be held responsible for any teacher absences, but will do our best to replace it / those who can not attend.

All classes will be coded so that you know how advanced or challenging exercises you will encounter – it’s up to you to take responsibility for your well-being during the festival and workshops to choose – not for your ego, but from a deep desire to participate in this particular session.
On Saturday evening Ängsbacka Tantra Festival invites you to a spectacular party. Dress in your finest clothes, or your sexiest. Dress up like your dream character, or why not express a fetish. Come dressed as a princess, cop, latex, leather, beads or feathers. Come in everyday dress or your gym outfit. What part of yourself to be expressed through your outfit?
Bring a song to perform, a dance or a poem. The party is an opportunity for you to express your innermost desires.
During the feast we pair up to enjoy a tantric food meditation together. There will be a “dinner dating corner” for those who come without a partner or for those who want to let the chance decide who will lead you into the tantric pleasure through taste buds.
If you come with a partner you can book rooms or space for a tent for his own practice, if you book dorm or family room, these rooms are intended only for recovery and sleep. You may be practicing during workshop time.
The beautiful and peaceful surroundings with meadows, lakes and forests Ängsbacka offering creates a supportive atmosphere for those who want to immerse yourself in the tantra. From early morning to late evening, your day is filled with yoga, tantra, love and nature.
