Festival Theme 2017

Relax RestoreRetreat

This year’s yoga festival is about pausing, relaxing and returning to your inner truth – your yoga! We invited a lot of inspiring yoga teachers who have all chosen their own path, fulfilling their own truth. Yoga teachers who all share the experience of life as something simple and good!

Existing without effort, a life in flow. The new trend in yoga is returning to Patanjali’s words of stirham suham – to practice yoga effortlessly. When we allow ourselves to do so, we let go of tensions, worries and demands, and we find a deep peace and new strength within ourselves.

Returning to Source. To the essence of being. With every breath, we have the possibility to let go of demands and embrace our very core. When doing so, we access an enormous power and an inexhaustible source of life.

A place for stillness and recovery, which, in an ever-faster spinning world, is exactly what we need right now. Pause – take a conscious breath – and just allow yourself to be.

The yoga mat is a place for being with yourself in all that you are – your body, your mind and your resistances. The yoga class offers a moment of presence and acceptance that will bring you more energy and lust for life.

You create your own retreat by choosing the yoga classes that suit you and your level throughout the day.

Lin Holmquist

Kundalini Shakti Yoga, Tantra & Satsang Circle

There needs to be a love revolution - NOW - and it starts with YOU!

Lin started her spiritual journey with the traditional shamanic path deep in the swedish forests. In the beginning of her twenties she traveled to India to find the classic yoga and to dive deep in the hindu mysticism and the white tantric tradition. She is a educated yoga teacher, yoga therapist and advanced meditation teacher. After working a lot with the body as main focus, trough yoga, dance, circus and fitness she found the path of sexual tantra. The practices of sexual tantra led to a mind blowing awakening and since that time she follows her inner truth, the spiritual power of kundalini shakti and her whispering heart. She works in Sweden and abroad with tantra and yoga and her life purpose is to be a part of the awakening of the planet, the awakening of love.

Mark Chesters

Optimising Movement and Gravity

Follow your Heart, Life takes care of the Rest.........................

Mark has been fascinated with how the physical body moves, functions and expresses the consciousness of the Being.
Getting frustrated with Western philosophy in the late 90?s and early 2000?s because of the lack of understanding, especially how emotion has a direct influence over the body, he decided to go learn from different modalities.

This took him to healers in Brazil, Tibetan monks in the highlands of far Eastern China, Ice water training with Wim Hof and many other adventures.

He has managed to integrate all the information he has gathered and use it in the most optimal way possible.

Our bodies are maps of our consciousness and the decisions we have made throughout our lives and the key is to be able to read this consciousness map to allow the fullness of one?s being to flourish.

Nina Snäll

AcroYoga, Family AcroYoga, Kirtan

Nina moves naturally between traditional yoga, modern free flowing vinyasa and explorative dance yoga. Her center of gravity is deeply rooted in the interconnectedness of acroyoga merging yoga, acrobatics and healing arts into oneness. With creativity, movement and spirituality as her guiding stars she turns the world upside down and inside out. At an early age books, music and teachers of dance and theatre made a deep impact as they evoke the experience of our body, mind, soul connection in action. Yogic elements were brought into the space of art and improvisation. Deep relaxation, breath awareness and sun salutations were all present. And most of all a culture of acceptance, inclusivity and joy of movement. More info: www.acrobhakti.com
