Meetings in Stillness
Paul Hurcomb is an English satsang teacher with a deep calmness. He has spent 15 years as a devout Buddhist and later been a deciple to Mooji. Paul will also host a deepeing retreat at Ängsbacka directly after the festival.
Inca shamanic energy medicine and the Q'ero shamans
Victor has followed the calling of soul since childhood. He quit his high school studies to set off on an self healing journey in the Andes together with Alberto Villoldo and the Inca Q'ero shamans. Today he walks as a Paqo – a healer and medicine man – and has guided people on this path since seven years.

Marie is a super happy person who adores people! Meditation and movement are some of the tools she uses to increase the flow and consciousness in her body and mind.
Starting life as a psychologist, Merijn's dance took him in 2000 into his current love, Biodanza.

Premala leads family constellation groups to help her clients find keys to themselves. She also facilitates dance meditations, and she believes that dancing give us a means to find our way back home to our body — to experience and expand our inner world. Premala has extensive experience of groups in personal growth and meditation.
Blake has been on the spiritual path for 50 years. He has explored all the major spiritualities and has a simple and clear perspective on the living principles that unite all genuine transformative teachings. He is a poet, author (with 14 books), and spiritual teacher.
Freemove; yoga and dynamic movement meditation
Angelica Nanda is a yoga- and pilatesteacher, Osho sannyas, Ayurvedic health counselor, personal trainer, massage therapist and motivator with many years of experience. Angelica runs her own yoga and health studio aYoY and is also one of the founders of Freemove where yoga, meditation and dance therapy is integrated.
Sweat Lodge & Trance Dance
Kalid is a spiritual seeker and innovative therapist that dedicates himself to inspiring lives worldwide. Combining the teachings of ancient healing rituals with contemporary therapeutic techniques, his empowering workshops are are attended by people from all walks of life.

Appreciated for her sharp intuition, delicate sensitivity and appealing humor as she guides participants to transform old patterns and blockages in the Body & Soul.
Gong relaxation, Body Love, Gong Nidra
Ransher Kaur is a certified Kundalini yoga and meditation teacher and Gong master. She came in contact with yoga in 2004 after a brief illness. Kundalini yoga has helped her to regain health, and to find peace and security in herself. She leads yoga groups since 2009, teaching in a soft, empathetic and safe way, with a great love for Kundalini yoga.
Serene Yoga & Touch, Yoga Bomb, LGTBQ, Silent Sitting
Grant is from New Zealand, and is a classically trained Hatha Yoga teacher. His diverse teaching style comes from over 15 years experience on the mat and across multiple traditions. He has spent considerable time studying in India in traditional ashram environments exploring purification of the physical, mental and emotional bodies.

Johan Hedström is a integrative theraphist specialising in transpersonal psychology- the psychology of the spirit. It is a division of psychology that integrates the spiritual & the transcendent aspects of the human experience with the framework of modern psychology. He is a Medi & Yin Yoga Intructor- who teaches mindfulness as well as dance therapy. He is a student of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh & owner of Stillhet & Rörelse.

Running Yoga, DJ, Freemove
jOjo has been a dj since childhood and has played in many countries and festivals around the world. He is the organizer of Stockholm Yoga & Dance festival and the creator of Running Yoga. jOjo loves the journey of playing music through all types of styles – the deep bass of electronics, the flight of trance and the joy of pure old disco.
Eelko has founded a beautiful new shiatsu style called Yin-Shiatsu combining acupressure with gentle movement. He has been interested in health and healing touch through his whole life. He works with shiatsu and massage.
Inspirational Art Workshop
Growing up with a grandmother who was an artist, seer, storyteller and big inspiration, Tekla started painting at an early age. Creativity has always been something present in her life, as so the openness for the magic realms, the unseen worlds. Combining the seeing, openness and creativity is her path and inspiration in her daily work as a painter.
Christina is passionate about sharing her experiences in the form of yoga, breathwork, hypnoterapi and mindfulness. It is very clear for her that breath and thoughts have a huge impact on how our life looks like. She lived 10 years in India with three different spiritual masters. She has documented the effect that yoga, breath and deep relaxation has on our body and soul.

Moa believes in human potential and personal development, and practices yoga and mindfulness deeply inspired by the concept of self-compassion.
Houseband - Singing & Guitar
With her voice and guitar Malin explores music and singing. Driven by creating the opportunity for experiencing the strength, power and healing of singing together, Malin has devotedly shared this passion at Ängsbacka.
Houseband - Flute Master
Filip is a selftought, intuitive musician. He sees music as a gateway to the world of Spirits, like a wild and vivid landscape where light and dark are just different aspects of one big life. By trying out different kinds of instruments, Filip found flute to be his instruments of the soul.
Osho Dynamic Meditation
Jimmy is a dedicated practitioner of Osho Dynamic Meditation which has taught him to celebrate all aspects of life - not just the pleasurable parts - but also the uncomfortable parts, such as anger, fear and sorrow.
Ulf is a musician who preferably uses clang instruments made of metal, wood, and windblowers. He has been a Waldorf teacher for 25 years, where he has used music as a tool for ceremonial gatherings, communication and drama.
Shamanic Ceremony & Inquiry & Coordinator Healing Circle
Cristina is apprentice on the shamanic path Sweet Medicine Sun Dance, a spiritual and esoteric wisdom path, leading the spiritual warrior into beauty, knowledge, freedom and enlightenment. She feels the strong call to inspire, guide and co-empower others to expand into their true being and learn to enjoy life exactly as it is.

Benjamin is true multidimentional being, that surfs the soundwaves of bliss, and is gifting the world in so many ways that we will simply just invite you to open the heart, and let him in.
Pierre lives in Molkom and loves to create music.
Frej Martin has played music his whole life and enjoys many instruments as well as his voice. He loves when music is for everyone to participate in, and as such he has a very soft spot for singing circles and mantras. To him, it matters less how it sounds and more how it feels. He is also a world traveller and wanderer, and collects adventures in his heart and soul.
Houseband – The Human Drum Machine
Olle is a highly skilled, ever curious, fire-spirited percussionist who always gives himself up completely to each musical moment.

The Volunteer Experience
A welcome letter with more detailed information about the festival will be sent out to all festival participants. Below is some general information.
International Course & Festival Center
Ängsbacka is an international course and festival center with participants , workshop leaders and volunteers from all over the world. Therefore please note that the main language during the festivals often is English but some of the workshops can be in a different language, for instance Swedish or Norwegian.
- The festival ticket includes dormitory. Part in bunk bed, cover and pillow is included. Please bring your own sheets & towels or a sleeping bag. You might want to bring an extra towel for the sauna. You can also rent covers and towel at an additional fee.
- At an additional fee there are often other types of rooms at the festival area; double room or 4-6 bed room. For availability see the tab ”Price and booking”.
- We place men and woman separately unless you haven´t booked a whole room. Please bring earplugs if you are sound sensitive – the sound can sometimes be quite loud in the festival area. All our accommodations are hostel standard with shared shower and toilet.
- You can rent a space for your camper or caravan during the festival, a few with electricity available. Book well in advance!
The festival ticket includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. At Ängsbacka we offer a vegetarian diet prepared with love. We use locally produced and organic products to a large extent. If you let us know in connection with your reservation, we will arrange vegan diet (same if lactose intolerant) or gluten and nut-free food for you. For practical reasons we can´t meet needs from other allergies or diets during festivals.
The Cafe & The Shop
- The Cafe is a cozy and comfortable meeting place for new friendships and deep conversation over a latte or a mild herbal tea. You can also buy organic bakery, delicious sandwiches and healthy drinks.
- In the Ängsbacka Shop you will find health products and organic body care, relaxing music, books, different clothes, organic incense, unique jewelry, yoga mats and more.
- Money. For cash withdrawals, there is a vending machine (ATM) at the grocery store in Molkom community about 1.5 miles from Ängsbacka.
- Walking. A good idea is to bring coarser walking shoes for trails around Ängsbacka and comfortable indoor shoes/slippers.
- Bottle/cup. Don´t forget a water bottle and maybe a take away mug for coffee and tea.
- Sauna. We have a large sauna where you have the possibility to relax in the company of new and old friends – an extra towel is a good idea to bring for that.
No Alcohol or Drugs
Please note that Ängsbacka is a Alcohol and Drug Free place. We dont serve alcohol, and it is not allowed to drink or to be under influence of alcohol or other subtstances when you are at Ängsbacka.

Tickets can be paid online by card, by bank transfer or with the mobile app Swish.
We encourage you to pay by bank transfer or Swish in order for us to avoid the transaction fees imposed on card payments.
If you have problems paying by card (for example when buying tickets for a whole family and the amount goes over your allowance), then please contact us and we will send you a manual link for payment.
While booking you will get further instructions. After booking your ticket, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

If you use SWISH or BANK TRANSFER, please pay directly -or at the latest the same day you book- otherwise your booking will not be valid and your place at the event not guaranteed.
In case of cancellation latest one month before the event starts, the cancellation fee is 350 SEK per person. After that, and until the event starts, the fee is 15% of the total value of your booking. Children and youth (up to 18 years old) pay half this fee. The fee we charge on a cancelled ticket is capped at 900 SEK.
Please note that when cancelling sooner than two weeks before the event starts, a doctor’s confirmation of your inability to participate is required. Refunds can take up to a month to go through. Refunds can not be made after the festival has started.
If Ängsbacka would cancel the event, all payments will be refunded.
As part of our communication with our customers, we may keep in touch with you who have participated in our courses and festivals by mailing or emailing:
– thank you letters and evaluation surveys
– offerings to sign up for mailing lists in a similar area of interest
– information about similar future events or events with the same workshop leaders.
We also have a general monthly e-mail newsletter where we tell about what is going on at Ängsbacka, upcoming events etc. You can opt in and out of our newsletter at any time.
