What will we do?

Welcome to a powerful weekend of letting go, relaxation and feeling more self-love. This weekend we offer multiple opportunities to relax deeper and catch up with ourselves. In the stillness and the soft serenity we have time to listen to what our body and soul really need. When we do, we open the connection that allows for a greater love both to emerge for ourselves and our body. Together we create a safe space where programmed behaviors and subconscious patterns may come to light. Seeing them can create new opportunities and more love for yourself and life.

 

Kundalini Yoga with Ransher

Kundalini Yoga causes the body to prepare to loosen up the blockages. In deep relaxation with the Gong’s tones and vibrations, we receive healing of the nervous system. And with Lamhita’s guidance in a safe and nurturing environment, you are given the opportunity to put into words and release traumas in your body.

A session of Kundalini Yoga consists of movements, relaxation and meditation. Each session is designed to dissolve old patterns and limitations in different areas of your life such as in relationships, jobs, and self-perception. We will create powerful Kundalini Yoga journeys that everyone can participate in to the best of one’s own ability.

We will also use body exercises to prepare you for meditation. They make it easier for you to go into a meditative state. Meditation is an internal cleansing where you can free yourself from old habits. It gives you the opportunity to go deep into yourself and feel into what is important and meaningful in your life.

Kundalini Yoga helps to take you from your dualistic mind into your neutral mind, where you can live in acceptance, without judgment and in touch with reality exactly as it is.

 

Trauma Healing with Lamhita

Most of us have, without knowing it, traumas in our nervous system. This makes us weary and filled with shock, shame, guilt and self-criticism. Trauma Healing helps the nervous system to release the trauma. This allows you to get in deeper contact with your life energy and true potential and can open up even more to enjoy and appreciate your body and soul.

To relax and be in presence is a prerequisite for starting to release old traumas in the nervous system. Therefore, trauma healing offers a very soft approach where you are received and held in empathic presence. You will be guided to find your resources to be able to relax and get in contact with the body.

Lamhita has many years of experience in leading others in efforts to meet their inner selves. She guides one person at a time, but all healing in the room also takes place at the group level. We are all basically very similar and what is happening in the room when a person lets go of his limitations also helps everyone else. Knowledge and insights will benefit everyone and enable sustainable change. Magic arises when we are in touch with our innermost core and when it does, we feel lighter, freer, and we get more access to ourselves and life.

Lamhita works with the person who feels ready and open in the moment.

 

Gongbath

With the help of the Gong’s tones and vibrations, we reach a state of deep relaxation so your body can start healing itself. The gong also has an ability to dissolve trapped emotions, so-called “armor rings,” in our muscular system and assists with healing in our nervous system. The gong also takes us to our neutral mind where comparisons and judgments are silenced. You only need to lie down and relax and let the gong do the work for you.

 

What does a day look like?

We start the day with a soft Kundalini Yoga session, then we enjoy a good breakfast. We gather in the Strawbale House to further allow our bodies to get relaxed with yoga and the Gong, which helps us to be even more responsive to ourselves and our body.

After a delicious vegetarian lunch in the May sun (we hope of course that the sun is shining!), we examine our beliefs about the body and how we can get towards more acceptance of ourselves. During the day we let yoga and gong open up for more healing and transformation, followed by the session together in trauma healing.

Between the workshops and the meals is time for rest, walking in the woods and group sharing is also on the schedule. In the evenings after dinner you can enjoy the sauna or hang out with a coffee.

 

Catch up with yourself

In today’s busy society, we usually do not have time to listen to our body and soul. In a day filled with too many haves, it is easy to lose sight of our own inner rhythm and the feeling that helps us choose the right priorities. Maybe we end up so far away from ourselves that we forget that the person we encounter in the mirror every day is our life’s love!

This weekend offers several opportunities to be able to relax deeper and catch up with yourself. In the stillness and the soft serenity you have time to listen to what your body and soul really need. When we do that, we get the contact that allows a greater love both to ourselves and our body.

Välkommen till en skön helg med gott om tid att släppa taget, slappna av och öppna upp för självacceptans och självkärlek. Under kursen bjuder vi in till ett antal olika sätt att slappna av djupare och komma ikapp oss själva. I stillheten och det mjuka lugnet hinner vi lyssna på vad vår kropp och själ egentligen behöver. När vi gör det får vi den kontakten som möjliggör en större kärlek både till oss själva och vår kropp. Tillsammans skapar vi ett tryggt utrymme där inprogrammerade beteenden och undermedvetna mönster kan komma upp i ljuset. Att se dem kan skapa nya möjligheter och mer kärlek till dig själv och livet.

Kundaliniyoga med Ransher

I Kundaliniyogan får kroppen förbereda sig på att lösgöra det som sitter fast. I djup avslappning till Gongens toner och vibrationer får vi läkning i nervsystemet. Och med Lamhitas guidning i en trygg och omhändertagande miljö får du möjlighet att sätta ord på och släppa trauman i din kropp.

Ett pass med Kundaliniyoga består av både rörelser, avslappning och meditation. Varje pass har till syfte att lösa upp gamla mönster och begränsningar i olika delar av ditt liv såsom i relationer, jobb och självuppfattning. Vi kommer att göra kraftfulla Kundaliniyogapass som alla kan delta i efter sin egen förmåga.

Kroppsövningarna förbereder dig inför meditationen. De gör att du lättare kan gå in i ett meditativt tillstånd. Meditation är som en inre rengöring där du kan frigöra dig från gamla invanda mönster i ditt liv. Den ger tillfälle att gå djupt in i dig själv och känna in vad som är viktigt och betydelsefullt i ditt liv.

Kundaliniyogan hjälper dig att ta dig från ditt dualistiska sinne in i ditt neutrala sinne där du kan leva i acceptans, utan dömande och i kontakt med verkligheten precis som den är.

Traumahealing med Lamhita

De flesta av oss har, utan att veta om det, trauman i vårt nervsystem. Detta gör oss tyngda av chock, skam, skuld och självkritik. Traumahealing hjälper nervsystemet att lösgöra trauman. Du får då kontakt med din livsenergi och din verkliga potential och kan öppna upp ännu mer för att njuta och uppskatta din kropp och själ.

Att slappna av och vara i närvaro är en förutsättning för att börja kunna frigöra gamla trauman från nervsystemet. Därför är traumabearbetning en mycket mjuk metod där du i empatisk närvaro blir guidad till att hitta dina resurser för att kunna slappna av och komma i kontakt med kroppen.

Lamhita har många års erfarenhet av att leda andra i arbetet med att möta sitt inre, äkta jag och ömsint omfamna det. Hon guidar en person i taget, men all läkning i rummet sker också på gruppnivå. Vi är alla i grunden väldigt lika och det som sker i rummet när en person släpper taget om sina begränsningar hjälper också alla andra. Kunskaper och insikter kommer alla tillgodo och möjliggör en hållbar förändring. Magi uppstår när vi är i kontakt med vårt innersta och när det sker känner vi oss lättare och friare och vi får mer tillgång till oss själva och livet.

Lamhita jobbar med den som själv känner sig redo och öppen i stunden.

Gongbad

Med hjälp av Gongens toner och vibrationer når du en så djup avslappning att din kropp kan starta sin självläkning. Gongen har också en förmåga att lösa upp instängda känslor, så kallade armoreringar, i vårt muskelsystem och verkar helande på vårt nervsystem. Även gongen tar oss till vårt neutrala sinne där jämförelser och dömanden tystnar. Du kan bara lägga dig skönt tillrätta och njuta.

Hur ser en dag ut?

Vi börjar dagen mjukt med ett Kundaliniyogapass, därefter avnjuter vi en god frukost. Sedan samlas vi i Strawbale House för att ytterligare låta våra kroppar få slappna av med yoga och Gong som hjälper oss att bli ännu mer lyhörda för oss själva och vår kropp.

Efter en utsökt vegetarisk lunch i majsolen (vi hoppas såklart att solen skiner!) undersöker vi våra föreställningar om kroppen och hur vi kan komma till mer acceptans. Under dagen låter vi yogan och gongen öppna upp för mer läkning och transformation, som sedan följs av session tillsammans i traumahealing.

Mellan workshoparna och måltiderna finns tid för vila, promenad i skogen och vi har även sharing på schemat. På kvällarna efter middagen kan du bada bastu eller hänga tillsammans med en fika.

Kom ikapp dig själv

I dagens stressade samhälle hinner vi oftast inte lyssna till vår kropp och själ. I en vardag fylld med allt för många måsten är det lätt att tappa bort vår egen inre rytm och känslan för att göra de rätta prioriteringarna. Kanske hamnar vi så långt bort ifrån oss själva att vi glömmer bort att den som möter oss i spegeln varje dag är vårt livs kärlek!

Den här helgen erbjuder flera möjligheter till att kunna slappna av djupare och komma ikapp dig själv. I stillheten och det mjuka lugnet hinner vi lyssna på vad kropp och själ egentligen behöver. När vi gör det får vi den kontakt som möjliggör en större kärlek både till oss själva och vår kropp.

She is Cert. Physical Therapist; Specialist in Psychosomatic & Body Intelligence. Study SE Somatic Experience in Sweden. Educations in Arts/-Theater/Performance, Human Resources. Trainings in; Leadership- Communication and Consulting, NVC- Zen Coaching, Massage and Inner Child Work. Cert. Kundalini Yoga teacher (Golden Bridge, Los Angeles). Also has worked as the project manager for various festivals – New Year’s festival and the Yoga & Dance Easter together with Kavina Thorslund. Ransher Kaur is a certified Kundalini yoga/meditation teacher and Gongmaster.

Ransher came in contact with yoga in 2004 after a brief illness. Kundalini yoga has helped her to regain back her health and find peace and security in life.

She has been leading yoga groups in Molkom and Karlstad since 2009. She teaches soft, sensitive, safe and with a great love for Kundalini yoga. She also provides Gong Relaxation in the yoga sessions.

  • All of our accommodation alternatives have shared bathrooms.
  • Please bring your own towel, bed sheets, pillow cover and duvet cover.
  • You can rent a set of sheets & a towel from us for 150 SEK per course.

The Food

Breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner are all included. We serve vegetarian food, mostly organic, locally produced and made with love. In connection with your reservation, you can order a vegan diet (this is also the alternative if you’re lactose intolerant), a Gluten-free diet and notify us about nut allergies. If possible, the chef will make adjustments for other allergies, please make the request when you book. Unfortunately, we can not, for practical reasons, accommodate any other food philosophies or diets.

General Information

Ängsbacka is an international course and festival center with workshop leaders from around the world. Please be aware that the main language of the courses therefore can be different, e.g. in English, Swedish or Norwegian.

It is good to bring good shoes for walking in the forest surrounding Ängsbacka and an extra towel for a visit to our sauna. You can also rent a special “Sauna” or “Sweat lodge” towel from us for 50 SEK per occasion.

Other information

In the nearby Molkom society, about 1,5 km away, there is an ATM where you can withdraw cash.

Our Café is a nice and cosy meeting place that is always open on Saturdays. Have a coffee or herbal tea along with new meetings and interesting conversations. You can also buy organic pastries, sandwiches and healthy drinks.

Booking Terms

If you use SWISH or BANK TRANSFER, please pay directly – or at the latest the same day you book – otherwise your booking will not be valid and your place at the event not guaranteed.

 

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation latest one month before the event starts, the cancellation fee is 350 SEK per person. Children and youth (up to 18 years old) pay half this fee. Within one month and until the event starts, the fee is 15% of the total value of your booking. The maximum cancellation fee for one person/booking is 900 SEK.
Please note that when cancelling closer than two weeks before the event starts, a doctor’s confirmation of your inability to participate is required. Refunds will not be made if you cancel after the event has started.
If Ängsbacka would cancel the event, all payments will be refunded.

NOTE that it may take up to one month before you have the refunded amount on your account.
