Closing the Yoga festival – Peace is the way…

May there be peace in within our hearts,

    may there be peace…

We sing to music by Radical Devotion and Mahima Lindroth´s crystal balls.

Peace is the way, she says.

    And

Sa Ta Na Ja is the mantra for today.

Lin, who is the festival program director, is filled with mixed feelings: On the one hand, I am happy and satisfied, maybe this week is the best I ever had in my life, so far. Yesterday night, I cried and laughed during the Wah! Concert… I believe that all dreams come through if you are focused and have an intention…On the other hand, I am sad because we split up, some of you I will meet again and others not – but you will all stay in my heart. I am also sad because some could not sleep during yesterday´s party.  And everybody is laughing about it. But I learn from experience – you can not always be perfect and make everybody happy. The rest did not want the music to end. So you can not satisfy everybody,You can only be yourself from your heart and intention…and do not be hard on yourself.

After a meditation, Guru Singh introduces a mantra practise for peace and consciousness that we all say together, louder and more intensive and we hear happy laughters here and there.

Lina, singing "Fly like an Eagle"

After some more mantras, and talks, we end up by listening to Lina singing Fly like an Eagle and finally, we sing the same song, as we did at the festival opening ceremony, six days ago: When I look into your eyes…
