The recipe of to day is the tasty Maca Porridge from Boris Lauser (picture), the head chef during Raw Life Festival 2011.
I wanted to eat breakfast the whole day today. Wow! This was served with different smoothies as I tried like milk over the porridge too. What a start of the day!
Maca Porridge (serves 50) 
Blend:
Cashews 1 cup
Water 6 cups
Maca 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
Yacon Sirup 1/4 cup
Dates 12st
Vanilla 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cinnamon 1 tsp
(1 cup = 240 ml.)
Stir in, a few times during 15 min:
Chia 1 1/4 cup
Put the porridge in the refrigerator over night
