Jonas takes us into movements of Flowing Staccato Chaos Lyrics & Stillness |
Find your space in the room, feel free to move around, follow your feet, connect to your body and your muscles – use the whole room…move your arms freely, close your eyes, sense your feet to the ground, stretch your arms upwards, shake your head loose, roll up your spin with an inhale…The dance is under way.

We are going to listen inside, be in the moment and see what happens. It starts with FLOWING around the floor and then connecting to a partner to do a comfortable dance in togetherness. Jonas invites us to find a dialogue in our dance. The music is still soft and people are moving gracefully.

During LYRICS we are called to relax, listen if there is any tension in our bodies, the music and the rythm calms down. Connect to each other like wind breeze, allow each other space without words, stretch your muscles, says Jonas. Somebody starts doing yoga positions. And we end up with something like a sweeping waltz.
While I leave the room the RELAXATION begins with a silent, beautiful hymn to saint Mary. But after a while, sitting under the Upper Barn, where it all took place, I can hear, and feel, the roof over my head shaking and rocking like a thunderstorm
